Alinity Divine

Alinity appeared in a lawsuit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo, a Twitch participant from California submitted a civil complaint demanding damages in the amount of $25 million from Twitch for exposing them to "overly sexually provocative and explicit material by female streamers" as they browsed the site. Based on court papers discovered from Dexerto the plaintiff who had previously filed suit against Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo and Blizzard Entertainment, filed the formal complaint to the court on June 15, seeking a lawsuit. Twitch itself was issued an official summons in June 19. The complaint states that, according to it made in the Santa Clara Superior Court of California, Estavillo suffers from various medical conditions that force the use of the internet to get his entertainment needs, as well as a disorder called obsessive compulsive and sexual addiction, which according to the complaint Twitch just makes more difficult. They also listed a few female Twitch streamers, claiming that they "continue the exposure of viewers to sexy and addictive regularly on a daily and regular basis." Alinity was not listed. In the request for relief, it wants to ban forever all streamers that violate Twitch ToS. The $25 million amount is requested, "to be divided between the plaintiff and all other Twitch Prime Turbo Subscribers" with the remainder going to charity. Alinity Alinity Alinity
